Terms and Conditions

  1. All items remain the property of Ten and a Half Thousand Things.
  2. Payment must be made on or prior to collection or delivery. Cheques made payable to AD Event Design and Production.
  3. Prices quoted are based on 3-day hire.
  4. There is a 1-week cancellation policy on all orders or payment will be charged in full.
  5. The hirer must keep the hired item in good order and condition and it should be returned to the company in such order and condition.
  6. Nothing can be attached to the item without permission from Ten and a Half Thousand Things. Full replacement cost will apply.
  7. We may require a deposit for the item, which will be retained in the event of loss or damage to the item.
  8. Replacement cost for lost or damaged items will be invoiced at our discretion.
  9. The hirer is responsible for ensuring goods from the time of acceptance until returned to our premises.
  10. Queries on goods must be notified immediately.
  11. Ten and a Half Thousand Things is under no liability whatsoever for any injury or damage to persons or property or loss of profit claimed by the hirer in respect of any interruptions, delays, inaccuracies, errors, omissions or any failure to deliver or from the use of any equipment under hire.
